Carmine's Rein Blood (レインブラッド) is the weaponized form of his EXS of Lifeblood: Blood Spike (命血のEXS 「ブラッドスパイク」), which allows him to turn his own "blood" into crystaline spikes, blades, and pools. Since Carmine geniunely believes he's genuinely using up his own blood, he's bringing himself closer to fatigue the more he uses up. In-game this results in him consuming his own health to perform special moves, but his Vorpal state halves the amount consumed.
