Kaguya Jinguu (神宮カグヤ) is an Executor of the Licht Kreis and a member of Orie's Execution team, acting as their long-ranged support and marksman.

Kaguya made her first on-screen appearance in Orie's Arcade Mode ending in UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH and made her playable debut in [Sys:Celes].

Due to her exceptional combat prowess, Licht Kreis sends Kaguya on various missions all over the world.

Her next destination? Japan, where her best friend Orie is currently stationed.

Kaguya discovers that many other Licht Kreis commanding officers are gathered there, too, and becomes even more determined to protect her friends and the world.

Information

Kaguya is an Executor of the Licht Kreis, holding the rank of 6th Executor, one rank just below her team leader. Kaguya uses her skill in firearms to provide long-range support for her teammates.

Appearance

Kaguya has a fairly tall, curvy figure, with dark hair styled in a hime-cut. Her outfit consists primarily of a white and blue dress, featuring a white blouse and a purple, buttoned-up corset featuring a cleavage window that puts emphasis on her large bust. The bottom of the dress is adorned with white ruffles.

Kaguya is rarely ever seen with her eyes open, giving her a foxy allure that alludes to her nature of pulling pranks. When her eyes open, she reveals to have yellow irises.

When she was significantly younger, Kaguya used to have had her eyes remain opened, her hair was medium length, reaching her neck, and she wore a brown jacket with a black shirt underneath.

Personality

Kaguya is described as showing typical rich lady personality quirks, being often preoccupied with matters such as keeping up appearances as an upper-class woman. Behind the scenes, however, Kaguya is something of a prankster, often teasing others and spreading rumors and false information to get a rise out of people or to embarrass them, with Mika being her most frequent victim. She is also said to be an exceptionally good cook.

Prior to being saved by Silvaria after losing her parents as child, she used to be openly foul mouthed. As Kaguya grow up, she became embarrassed of her past rudeness.

Chronicle Mode

Episode: A Just Messenger ("純潔なる使者)
Kaguya isn't seen at all, as she has already been transferred to the Licht Kreis' Japanese Branch Office by the time Orie and Lex arrive in Japan for their newest assignment. The two of them plan to go see her after they've filled out their paper work at the Branch Office.

Episode: Meeting With A Friend (友を尋ねて三千里)
Once again, Kaguya isn't seen, but is alluded to when Mika mentions a so-called "Dispatch Approval Branch" that Kaguya told her about as a way to leave the Licht Kreis HQ and travel to Japan to be with her teammates, to which Silvaria asks if she fell for another one of her pranks.

Abilities

Kaguya's ability is the EXS of Exorcism: Banisher (破魔のEXS 聖光之珠(「バニッシャー」)). The exact details of this ability currently remain unknown.

As a skilled markswoman, she wields a pair of antique-looking pistols known as Garibaldi (ガリバルディ).

Trivia

• Kaguya shares her voice actor, Mami Ozaki with Hiroha.
• Concept art suggests that Kaguya was to wear glasses as well as don a veil and have her eyes shown to be opened at one point, but they appear to have been scrapped.
• Concept art referred to her as Kaguya Seikaiguu (カグヤ・セイカイグー), but her surname was changed to Jinguu upon her official release.
• In the console version of Exe:Late[st], Kaguya has various unused data files, such placeholder character select screen icons and color palette files, which suggest that she was originally planned to be included as a playable character in the first game before being retrofitted for the sequel.
