Chitose (チトセ) is the previous body used by the Princess of Night Blade. It perished 10 years before the main story took place.

Appearance

Chitose appears to be a girl with pale skin, short dark grey hair and deep brown eyes. She wears black hoodie with yellow accents, a grey undershirt and dark blue short jeans.

Story

Episode: "Chained Soul" (魂縛の枷鎖)
Seth was recalling things from 10 years ago; How he had first met the Princess of the Night Blade and what set him on his life mission to save her.

That day, a young Seth had been told that it was an inevitable fate that he will become Void-people. Seth, puzzled by the words of his grandfather, headed outside to the garden at night. That is where he met a young woman with a weird Void. She said that the Void is responsible for monitoring her as she is not liked by the people of the Night Blade.

Chitose tells Seth about a poor princess of the Night Blade who has lived thousands of years because of a curse placed on her. She tells how a powerful wielder of the Indulgence Weapons could release the Princess from her curse. Seth promises to Chitose to become stronger so he could save the Princess.

Chitose leaves the garden and as she walks away, Seth sees a huge giant waiting for Chitose at the top of a hill. Seth remembers stories of the Hecatoncheir his grandfather had told him, which was when Seth realized that Chitose was actually the very Princess they had been talking about.

A few weeks later, Seth had heard that someone had failed to release the Princess and she had transferred into a new body.
